One stream flows into a pool by her feet , the other on to dry land, combining the flow of spiritually with the reality of material life. Above her, eight stars shine brightly in the sky - a guiding light to the future. Appearance in a reading, The Star offers hope, healing, good health, affection and perhaps gifts. As Aquarius is the ruling planet, however, the vision for the future brought with this card may not be immediate. The Star is, more importantly, concerned with our spiritual insight. Its gifts are not always material. Celestial influences are combining to lift us to a higher level of our spiritual awareness. By letting go of doubt and pre-conceived ideas, allowing ourselves to become attuned to our inner voice and higher spiritual self, we will begin to understand our place in the larger cosmos where infinite love exists. Reversed: We should avoid self-doubt, pessimism, lack of trust. These will hold us back from seeing the light of the divine force that can heal us and give us renewed hope.
