Minor Arcana Cards

There are 56 cards in the Minor Acana. They are split into four suits, Wands, Cups, Swords, Pentacles, and are related to the elementals of Fire, Water, Air and Earth. In a tarot card reading they address issues concerned with every day experiences. Our dramas, emotions, creativity, difficulties, and financial challenges.

Beginning with the Ace, the theme of the cards is illustrated with positive forces of that suit:

The theme is developed and personal issues are explored through the middle numbers of the cards.

Wands: Ace - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 - 9 - 10

Cups: Ace - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 - 9 - 10

Swords: Ace - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 - 9 - 10

Pentacles: Ace - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 - 9 - 10

The Ten then concludes the theme started by the Ace
